OPEN MIC NIGHT
Filipino Culture Night is throwing its FIRST open mic night to celebrate Filipino American Heritage Month and promote FCN. We are looking for people to perform; whether it's sharing a poem, a song you wrote or your voice, anyone interested can contact Jen Amos at [email protected] or sign up on the day of (performance is first come first serve). Organizations are welcome to table. This event is open to everyone and not just limited to SDSU students.
At the event, not only will be have performances by those who participate, we will be educating our audience of Filipino culture and Filipino American Heritage Month. Also, we will be asking for donations that will go toward FCN.
